Just Tyres will NOT release to any third party any personally identifiable information (e.g. your name or e-mail address) without your express prior permission, excluding any official authorities who may have a legal right (accompanied by a warrant) to view any and/or all information we have collected.

We may record telephone calls you make to our centres to check for mistakes, train staff or prevent, detect and investiage fraud

We may at anytime log visits to the site in a flat-file database, including information such as your IP number and date/time stamp. Access to all information stored in our databases is restricted, both physically, and electronically to authorised staff only.

Any information a user of the Just Tyres web site submits is retained by Just Tyres for the sole purpose of the services Just Tyres provides, including marketing of our products and services.

Subscription Service

Just Tyres currently runs a Newsletter subscription service. This service is provided to users of the Just Tyres web site totally free via email address subscription or by submitting a request for a money off voucher by completing the application form, you must opt in to use this service. We allow users to opt-out of having the newsletter sent to them at any time.
