Write a review and earn yourself money off your next tyre purchase

Value Tyres are pleased to announce the launch of a new service, which allows their customers to review the tyres that they have purchased along with the service that they received from the tyre fitting partner they visited.

Tina Newman, Website Manager explains; we already offer knowledgeable and impartial advice to our customers in relation to their tyre needs but in the online industry, customers really appreciate hearing from their peers and getting feedback from users of the product, to allow them to make an informed decision.

Value Tyres’ focus is on offering a quality product at a low price and our priority is customer satisfaction. To this end we’ve launched our review service to allow customers to comment on the tyres they purchased ie. road noise, handling, fuel consumption etc, we then also ask customers to review their experience of having their tyres fitted at one of our fitting partners.

The review system works by asking the customer to fill in their order number, or email and postcode and then complete a one to five star rating against the tyre they have purchased and the fitting centre they used. There is also a space for free form text and we encourage customers to complete as much information as possible to help assist other website users in the decision process.

We believe that by offering our customers an opportunity to review the product and service that they receive, will make our service transparent to future customers, helping them make an informed decision for such an important purchase.

Tina goes on to say; and of course receiving such great feedback from customers, whether positive or not, will allow us to utilise the information to not only assist in our future tyre recommendations but also address any areas of our product range or service where customers are not absolutely satisfied.

We’re positive that the review system will be a real added benefit to existing and potential customers and believe that this demonstrates Value Tyres commitment to offering high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

The review system is now “live” on the Value Tyres website and customers will be emailed a review link a few weeks after purchase.

We’re really grateful to customers who take the time to review our service and product purchase and will be emailing every customer who completes a review, a money off voucher to redeem against a future purchase.
